All right, I showed up at the Middle East around 5:38 PM (my scheduled interview time); usually you have to wait a bit, that's no problem. So I'm hanging out and some friends of mine start loading in their gear — they're opening tonight, which is a pleasant surprise. It's also good because now I have some kids to hang out with while I'm waiting — but little did I know I was going to be waiting for the next two hours! The tour manager for Bis forgot I was there and he and the band retired to the van for a nap.
Anyway, I was about to leave when John Disco spotted me and told me of the rest stop, so he went and woke up Sci-fi Steven (his brother) for a sleepy time interview. Manda Rin wasn't about to budge out of her sleeping bag for some punk kid like me to ask her questions, so she slept in.
