I'm not usually a gambling man, but if you've listened to Frank Black's music (and I'm talking about Frank Black here, not Black Francis) and you're not convinced that he's one of the greatest songwriters of all time, then I'm willing to bet my life that you've got shit for brains. It's as simple as that. Frank Black is a genius, he's a living legend, he just might be the Lord God incarnate.

His sound is so original, his style of playing so unique, that he can only be compared to the likes of...Frank Black. There exists no other like him, he's one of a kind. I spoke with Mr. Black over the phone; he was a bit reserved during this interview, he didn't seem up for talking, but I didn't mind. He's already spoken volumes to me over the years through his music.
