Masters street was the last class of the day, and (as you'd expect) the most exciting. There was no lack of talent here: Jeff Johnson, Keith McElhinney, Mark Rainha, Sean Rudzinsky, and John Wasik. Keith busted out with his freestyle style (almost everyone else had "BMX" written all over them): 360s and no-footers over the box, no-handed airs, and g-turns over the small sub helped him take third place. Second went to Sean, who I swear was going to hit his head on the ceiling — he was going SO high over the box jump, with sick variations thrown in: stretched superman, no-footed 1-handed cancan, etc.; he definitely ruled jumping. But it was the young kid, John Wasik, that won the class with some rad, smooth lines all over the place, plus a tailwhip transfer attempt from the quarterpipe to the "starting" ramp.

The day ended with the presentation of trophies & t-shirts to the top 3 winners of each class, plus raffling of a lot of free stuff — from videos and tires to a complete Hoffman Flash and a Hoffman EP frame and fork. And a bitchin' seat for McElhinney.
